Cats are more popular than ever before. Their increased popularity goes hand in hand with an increase in the number of clients seeking help with their pets' behaviour. House soiling and aggression towards both people and other pets, especially companion and neighbouring felines, are the most commonly presented difficulties with which owners struggle. Greater understanding leads to increased confidence when offering good quality first aid advice andor approaching such cases in the first opinion clinic. This course is predominantly a case based workshop, where delegates will be asked to participate in group discussions. Emphasis will be placed on identifying the motivations underlying specific behavioural problems and applying potential treatment options. Specific areas to be covered Factors that affect feline behaviour and the role of the environment in causing and resolving problems Issues that commonly influence the development of these behavioural difficulties Gathering and analysing relevant evidence Formulating feasible behavioural modification programmes USE CODE 'VetClick' FOR 10 DISCOUNT
