This course will focus in detail on how to approach the more challenging anaesthetics. Using a case based approach, the course will guide the veterinary nurse through anaesthesia of patients with cardiopulmonary disease, neurological disease, endocrine, gastrointestinal problems and renalhepatic compromise. The course will also cover anaesthesia and sedation of patients with reproductive problems and will conclude with a session addressing the challenges of ophthalmic anaesthesia.
