This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform a basic echocardiographic examination. It will enable participants to identify the normal anatomy and normal variations as well as changes seen with common diseases. Day 1 is a prerequisite for Day 2 therefore both days must be registered for. The course consists of lectures, practical scanning sessions and interactive sessions to assist consolidation of theoretical knowledge.
