The general principles of the systematic and thorough pre-purchase exam will be covered and national differences relevant to practitioners vetting horses for foreign buyers will be highlighted. Attendees will furthermore examine horses in small-groups (2-4 vets per horse) and under the supervision of the instructors during the 7 hours of practical sessions:
• Static Examination – Basic Health
• Static examination – Musculoskeletal System
• Dynamic Examination
• 3 ½ hours of performing pre-purchase exams on live horses
