LANTRA Approved. This is the UK\'s first and only nationally recognised qualification in Live Capture & Immobilisation of animals. The course deals with all required skills to be able to safely use remote drug delivery equipment to achieve anaesthesia.

The course is supported by the newly formed UK LIVE CAPTURE ASSOCIATION, and is a must for those wishing to become involved in the live capture and remote treatment of wild animals and domestic livestock.

Qualified Vets, Veterinary Students, Zoo & Animal Park Staff, Wildlife Managers, Animal Management Technicians, Live Capture Operators

The Speakers

The course is delivered by Mr. Mike Allison (Jelen Deer Services & Animal Capture UK Ltd), with the assistance of Mr. Jonathan Cracknell (Wildlife Anaesthesia Services), and Bob Lawrence (West Midlands Safari Park)

The Venue

The Venue for this course is at Holkham Estate, Norfolk where there will be an opportunity to witness and become involved in the remote anaesthesia of Red deer.
