New Foundation course in Veterinary Acupuncture 2012

Experience in point finding and needling in various species will be gained from animal acupuncture demonstrations provided when indicated, especially dogs and horses. Videos are shown. Safety issues in humans and animals are explained. Those delegates who wish to be needled or needle others are invited to do so. Notes are provided. A full programme is available on request.

Who is it for?

Veterinary surgeons who are new to acupuncture or those who wish to refresh their knowledge.

The Speakers

Dr Dietrich von Schweinitz who has over 20 years in acupuncture practice and published acupuncture studies in the equine.
Dr Alex Macdonald who has a wealth of medical acupuncture experience in clinical and experimental conditions and has published extensively on the subject.
Linda Boggie who examines some of the traditional Chinese medical (TCM) concepts in the practice of acupuncture.
