This course will cover investigation of upper and lower respiratory disease in cats. We will cover diagnosis and novel treatments of acute rhinitis, and causes and management of recurrent nasal discharge. We will look at aetiology and pathophysiology of wheezing cats and how to manage them. A look at diagnosis and management of pyothorax and emergency treatment of the dyspnoeic patient will follow and the day will be finished with an interactive look at some case studies.

Nicki Reed<br /> Nicki Reed graduated from the University of Edinburgh and after several years in general practice returned there to eventually become Senior Lecturer in Internal Medicine and Head of the Feline Clinic. Nicki is both a European Veterinary Specialist in Internal Medicine and an RCVS Specialist in Feline Medicine. She is currently an Internal Medicine Specialist at Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists.<br />
