This day will be a case based series of lectures that will give an overview of where we are at the moment in the world of small animal imaging, demonstrating what can be done to help out with some of our more difficult cases, and look to give a practical approach to the choices that can be made when imaging the different body regions. Radiography justifiably remains the cornerstone for most of us, but when should we add ultrasound to the mix, and what sort of cases might do better with CT or MRI? What do these modalities give us that radiography doesn’t, and when is it OK to stick with what is tried and tested?
