Thoracic radiography is probably the most frequently used imaging study in veterinary practice, but many vets find it difficult to interpret thoracic radiographs. Anatomical complexity and the wide range of conditions affecting the thorax contribute to these difficulties. This interactive and practical one day course reviews essential radiographic anatomy and radiographic signs of thoracic disease with the aim of increasing delegates\' ability and confidence in interpreting thoracic radiographs of their small animal patients. The course includes lectures, practical film reading sessions and interactive small group discussion.
The course would be useful CPD for veterinarians preparing for RCVS CertAVP C modules in diagnostic imaging.
