Ian Lean BVSc (Syd), PhD (Calif), MANZCVS teaches this course - learn about recent advances in nutrition science and how to couple these with practical feed assessment and formulation. The objective is to maximise health and production in ruminant species focussing on dairy as a base system. For aspects of coursework we encourage you to select the species or system of key interest to you. Online discussion and webinars will accompany lecturer-written notes and readings from the literature.
