As a leader, it is vital that you possess the skills to guide and motivate employees to get the job done and done well, and also to take on board new ideas and concepts and work towards making them a success. But do you know what drives people? What makes them tick? The chances are you do but you haven’t thought about it for a while or maybe you’re not sure how to apply this in your situation.
This module will cover theories of motivation, exploring the factors that are the most important in motivating people - and therefore uncovering how to motivate not only yourself, but others too. Mastering these skills will lead to greater happiness, job satisfaction, performance and teamwork.
All of our courses are 100% online, and run over a set period as a group. You can access the course lectures, guidelines and materials on our friendly learning platform at any time during the course, and complete work at your own pace.
Courses are fully tutored and our discussion-based approach means that you can discuss topics with your peers and share problems and solutions, with the input, guidance and support of your tutor throughout. You will receive feedback on coursework, and all of our CPD is certified as formal/assessed distance learning.
