This module is vital for any VNs who want to develop communication skills in those more tricky situations!
All ONCORE modules are 6 weeks in duration, fully structured, fully-supported and involve great learning techniques such as discussion forums and creation of new protocols to take back into practice.
Effective communication with our clients is a core skill that not only improves the client experience and our own job satisfaction, but the clinical outcome for our patients. This module will cover some of the more difficult areas of communication in practice, including team communication, difficult situations and referrals.
