This one-week, tutored and interactive online workshop focusses on the tools, processes and skills you need to run successful, professional and profitable weight management clinics. Resources include an informative lecture, interactive and tutor-guided discussions forums, plus multiple supporting materials, tools and ideas for assisting with and supporting your clinics.
THE BIGGEST WELFARE CONCERN FOR UK PETS
Pet obesity is on the increase, and figures show that 45% of dogs and 40% of cats are considered to be overweight by vets (1), and over 60% of vets say that obesity is the biggest health and welfare concern for UK pets (2).
We know that as vet professionals it's our responsibility to guide pet owners towards a healthier outcome through weight loss, and to maintain that lifestyle for their pet. We also know how difficult it can be to gain client interest and commitment to weight clinics, to achieve high compliance and customer satisfaction, and to reach target weights for pets and prevent relapse.
