Fears and phobias underlie many of the behavioural problems that are presented to veterinary practices. In so many cases the problems could have been prevented and this course will offer practical advice about ways in which the risk of these emotional problems can be reduced. It will also consider ways in which to manage and treat them when they do occur and offer advice as to how the veterinary team can more effectively deal with these problems in general practice.
