You will gain a real insight into DISC profiling and its uses in your practice, making your life as a manager and leader easier, more effective and more enjoyable.

You will learn techniques in:

- Modifying your language and behaviour to make managing others easier
- Optimising appraisals, training, change management and team dynamics
- Recruiting the right vet for the right job

You will be asked to complete an online assessment before the workshop from which your take-home personal behavioural profile and comprehensive report will be produced. This is included in the price of the workshop.

Who is it for?

This workshop is designed to benefit anyone managing, leading or involved in veterinary teams, who wants to make their life easier by getting the best out of colleagues and employees.

The Speakers

Carolyne Crowe is a veterinary surgeon, performance coach and mentor. Carolyne helps veterinary surgeons overcome the professional and personal challenges they face on a daily basis.Carolyne holds a Masters degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, a CPCAB accredited diploma in wellbeing and stress management, she is an accredited trainer of DISC<br /> <br /> Carolyne holds a Masters degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching and a CPCAB Accredited Diploma in Wellbeing and Stress Management. She is an accredited trainer of DISC behavioural profiling, an Accredited Resilience Trainer and a Mental Health First-aider. She is also an honourary lecturer at the University of Liverpool and an Honourary Fellow of The Coaching Academy.She works closely with individuals within the profession helping them overcome the stressors they face, build resilience and get the most out of their life and their career. The Venue

The workshop will be held at the Hilton Edinburgh Airport Hotel, Edinburgh, EH28 8LL.

It begins at 9.30am. Please arrive from 9am when coffee and tea will be provided.

The workshop runs until 3.30pm and a hot lunch is included. Please let Carolyne know if you have any special dietary requirements.
