In our Think Tank events last year we discussed the changes that the world is experiencing and their impact on the business of running a successful veterinary practice. We also started to explore a new business script involving: collaboration, innovation and creating a motivating vision for the practice. In this Think Tank, ‘It’s all about the people!’. As such we will focus on: your leadership, your organisational culture and your client offering. Through a series of engaging seminars, we will help you to start analysing your own leadership style, your team and practice culture and the potential mismatches between these and what you require from your team to help you meet the genuine needs of your clients. Most importantly, we will arm you with the tools required to take the ideas we generate back to your practice.
