MBL Seminars Ltd

Date: Friday 12th May, 2017
Start time: 12:30 PM
Duration: 1 hour(s)
Cost: £99

There’s a Hollywood image of a team that exists in many text books - that of a bright, keen and dynamic group of people all striving equally hard for the same goal - but the real world often isn’t like that.

There are clashes of personality, performance issues and cliques to deal with, all whilst meeting the demands of the business.

This webinar will explore what goes in to making a good team - what makes people tick in different ways and how and why we sometimes clash.

It will also identify what impact your style of management has on your team and what to do to make best use of all the skills and abilities available.

What You Will Learn

This webinar will cover the following:

What is your preferred style of management?
Who is in your team - what do they contribute and what do you need to watch for?
How are people energised and motivated?
What sort of information to they pay attention to?
How do they make their decisions?
How organised are they?
What can you, as a manager, do to pull the different personalities together?

This pre-recorded webinar will be streamed at 12:30pm on Friday 12th May 2017 and will remain available to view by delegates who have registered by then for 90 days.

Prices for a group license webinar or DVD are £49.50+VAT with an MBL SmartPlan, £99+VAT with an MBL Season Ticket, or £198+VAT for non members. To book your place please contact [email protected] quoting reference VetClick and the course title.
