This webinar will look at the common pitfalls of delegation and what you can do to avoid falling into them, there will be examples of a number of common delegation scenarios to identify what’s going wrong and how things can be improved.

During that time she has worked across a broad variety of different industries and has for the past 10 years worked closely with a number of well-known law firms - this has involved putting systems and structures into place to encourage, enable and track the effectiveness of learning activities. Beth has written extensively on subjects such as Learning and Development, Leadership, Performance Management, Managing Change and Continuous Improvement.
