This webinar will focus on the most common injuries in athlete and working dogs, including joint pathologies (such as medial shoulder instability or elbow dysplasia) and tendinopathies (such as supraspinatus tendinopathy, iliopsoas strain or gracillis muscle contracture). We will cover the diagnosis and management of these highly active patients, including rehabilitation therapy, in order to facilitate their return to fitness. We will also discuss the role of regenerative medicine (stem cell therapy and plasma rich in growth factors) in their management.
The webinar will run for two hours and there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction with the lecturer. All participants will have access to the webinar for two weeks and will receive a copy of the slides so they can review the presentations as many times as they wish to embed learning. Participants can earn two CPD hours.
