We are recruiting a Head RVN at our clients newly refurbished practice in the Bracknell area. If you are a confident RVN who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience then this role could be what you are looking for.
Circa £32,000 per year depending on experience.
On top of getting stuck into day to day Head Nurse duties, the ideal candidate will be able to support and develop Student Nurses, Junior RVNs and Care Assistants. You must be able to lead by example and positively influence the progression of the practice.
- 40 hours per week
- 1:4 weekends
- 5 weeks leave plus bank holidays
- CPD allowance and leave
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
