Are you an experienced Nurse? Looking to take the next step in your career? If so then we would like to hear from you. Our client is looking for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role within their practice and join their team working alongside 3 RVN’s and 2 PCA’s. Your role will be to ensure all patients are managed effectively from a nursing perspective. You will work enthusiastically with your team whilst maintaining a positive and happy working environment and provide the highest standard of customer and clinical care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Manage your area of responsibility whilst working alongside the other lead nurses and clinical nursing manager
- Demonstrate high levels of hygiene
- Provide leadership within your team
- Ensure effective communication
- Ensure that all patients in your team are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
- Provide effective line management including regular feedback to the clinical nursing manager
- Carry our Nurse appraisals
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours a week over 4 days and 1:5 Saturday mornings.
