Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? Our client is seeking a dynamic Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team in Kirkcaldy. This full-time position offers 40 hours a week, with one in four Saturday mornings and absolutely no out-of-hours or on-call requirements. As part of the established team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the patient and client journey. With opportunities to excel in various areas such as wards, theatre, radiography, nurse consults, and lab work, you'll maintain and expand your nursing competency under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
As the Lead Nurse in Consults, you'll collaborate closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager and Clinical Director to optimise the nursing team's performance. Your proactive approach will involve establishing new nurse clinics and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement within our consultation service.
