Our client is looking for 2 – 3 Permanent OR long-term Locum RVN’s and will consider Full or Part Time for the right candidate’s. These roles are IR35 exempt. You will be working alongside a dedicated and friendly team who pride themselves on being an independent and first opinion practice. Situated in a rural and beautiful area, this fully equipped clinic offers the fortunate position of a varied caseload and loyal patients.
The successful candidates will require and be responsible for,
- Assisting and supporting in providing medical care to animals
- Performing various laboratory tests and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals.
- Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures.
- Provide post-operative care and monitoring to animals.
- Proficient in performing laboratory tests, such as blood work, urinalysis, and fecal examinations.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills
Consultations run until 5.30pm weekdays and there is NO Saturday surgery. Our client does provide their own Out of Hours, this surgery receives on average 1-2 calls per week. The weekday OOH is one night per week and weekend on a Rota basis, followed by one paid day off per month.
