This very friendly and supportive practice is seeking either, an enthusiastic qualified and experienced veterinary nurse or a newly qualified veterinary nurse to join their existing team of 5 nurses on a full time basis. This is a well established and progressive 1st opinion practice seeing a wide variety of cases and therefore able to offer a varied role.

You will be confident performing all nursing duties including: in-patient care, taking bloods, lab work, theatre prep and assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring anaesthetics, fluid therapy, as well as dispensing and administration of medications. An interest in running nurse clinics would also be advantageous and for those keen to be involved with schedule 3 work, there is an opportunity to do so.

A strong people person you will be a good team player, with a level head and an ability to cope and work unsupervised within a busy environment.
