Our client is looking for an RVN to join their dedicated and compassionate team. This role has the potential to become Head RVN or is perfect for someone who potentially wants to move into that role.

As the RVN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Their responsibilities will include:
- Working with the nursing and wider support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Assisting with surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and patient care
- Collaborating with the whole team to optimize patient care and client satisfaction
About the Candidate:
- Must be registered with the RCVS
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional care to both patients and clients
This role will be mainly based at the main site, with some shifts required our clients other branch. They would love someone who is keen on running nurse clinics!
The practice is based in a lovely area, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Botanical Gardens and the Town Centre, surrounded by cafes, coffee shops, retail shops, and a vintage shop nearby.
The team is second to none - they really enjoy each other's company, collaborating on cases and enjoying the occasional team day out too. They are all super passionate and really love working here.
They have the usual equipment and are planning on expanding this very soon. They have separate dog & cat wards, and their cat ward is heated and has cat-friendly lighting.
This role is ideally a 4-day week, but they can be flexible if the candidate is looking for 3 days. The weekend rota is 1:3 Saturdays.
As part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and London, you will be a vital part of their team and have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks, from anaesthetic monitoring to medical nursing, to nurse clinics. No two days are the same!
They also have some 24-hour hospital sites nearby and are happy to support the candidate in gaining new skills and becoming the nurse they want to be.
