Our client is looking to recruit a Veterinary Learning Co-ordinator to join their team.

The role requires a candidate who can play a key role in the further development of innovative CPD programmes for veterinary surgeons and vet nurses.

You will be working on ground breaking PgCert Programmes, optimising the existing programmes and introducing additional topics to the expanding range.

Areas that you’ll be working on include:-
• Optimising existing programmes
• Liaising with course tutors and University staff.
• Co-ordinating assessment schedules
• Providing support for students on the PgCert programmes.
• Attending practical sessions at the training centre

Successful applicants must:
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident and effective when communicating with vets, tutors, academics and sponsors
• Be focussed and committed to playing a key role in the development of the PgCert Programme and Online area of the business
• Be competent in Microsoft office Programs 
• Be organised, efficient and capable of taking full responsibility for course logistics and communication.
• Be a problem solver who relishes challenges.
• Have extensive experience of small animal practice and the challenges that our customers face on a daily basis.
• Be a team player who thrives on working as part of a small, committed team
• This is a full time position and flexibility is required when attending courses assisting with evening webinars and meeting deadlines in certain areas.

The company has been known for providing the highest quality CPD to Vets and Vet Nurses for over 25 years.

The aim is to help develop skills that candidates can then use immediately to advance the benefits to their patients.

There are currently four subject areas: Small Animal Surgery; Small Animal Dentistry; Diagnostic Imaging and Emergency Practice. In March this year a new PGCert in Soft Tissue Surgery launches, provided in collaboration with UCLan.  Vets can complete their PgCert in 12 months compared with the two to five years required for PgCerts from other CPD Providers.
