JR has an opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join our client’s growing team, having recently come under new ownership this is an exciting opportunity to develop this practice further with your knowledge and skills as well increase the growing client base. You will be working alongside the Clinical Lead Vet, Practice Owner, 1 Part Time Vet, 4 RVN’s and 3 Receptionists. This team is looking for someone with great communication skills and who is confident with routine surgeries, procedures and emergency and critical care. You will be provided with 15 min consultations as standard and occasionally some sole charge. Lunch and admin will be factored into your day and there are regular team meetings every 4-6 weeks with a open and flexible approach the rest of the time. Situated close to the amazing beaches, coastlines and scenic walks there are local vibrant towns nearby with great social scenes and fantastic travel connections and ‘outstanding’ schools. This location offers great facilities including an operating theatre, 2 dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room, an x-ray room, as well as all the kit you’d expect from a solid practice including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, full multi-parameter monitoring equipment and other essentials, our client is also happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest.
This is a full or part-time role, with no out-of-hours and no weekends. Our client can also offer flexibility with working hours to find the work-life balance that suits you so please do let us know.
