Based just outside the outskirts of Greater London, JR has a great opportunity to join our client as their Lead Vet. The role could be a fantastic opportunity for that first step into leadership or for someone with previous experience.
Salary between £50-70,000 depending on experience.
As the new Lead Vet you will be expected to play a pivotal role in overseeing the veterinary team and ensuring the provision of exceptional medical care to patients. The practice currently has an established team of a Practice Manager, 2 other amazing Vets, an experienced Head Nurse and 3 other lovely members of support staff, all who are willing to help push the practice to the next level.
Expectations:
** Deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures.
** Provide exceptional care to your clients, giving clear updates on patients.
** Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
** Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance with a focus on key measures.
** Engage, mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.
