Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a leadership role as a Clinical Director. This role provides the chance to inspire and guide the existing team while helping shape the future direction of the practice. As Clinical Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead the practice as if it were your own, supported by established colleagues and a highly experienced regional team. For those interested in long-term commitment, partnership options are also on the table. The practice boasts a supportive and close-knit team consisting of 3.5 veterinarians, 3 RVN’s, 2 VCA’s, and 4 lovely receptionists. This purpose-built surgery is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, ultrasonic dental, biochem, microscope, and full surgical capabilities. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong leadership and team development skills, who is highly motivated, organised, and committed to ensuring best clinical practices. Excellent surgical and consultation skills are a must, with comfort in handling some sole charge responsibilities on Saturday mornings. An approachable and consultative style is essential to maintain the strong relationships the team has built with patients, clients, and the local community. Support for further study towards a certificate is available, and for the right candidate, there is potential for future partnership within the practice.
