JR is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s team supporting with the OOH. You will be working alongside 17 Vets, 23 RVN’s and 16 Support staff. This is a referral and first opinion clinic with access to a high-end ultrasound machine, digital radiography, dental radiography, endoscopy/rhinoscopy/bronchoscopy, electrocautery, laparoscopy, tonometry and slit lamp and a fully equipped lab. The lab can run most things including T4, SDMA, Cortisol, Bile acids, Cpli/Fpli, Coags, urine sediments etc, and there is access to the Imagyst for rapid haematology and cytology interpretations if needed, as well there is laser therapy, acupuncture and physiotherapy. Located in an idyllic town with easy access to the motorways and all transport links, this practice makes a great opportunity for commuters however, accommodation is available for the weeks you would work.
This is a Perm Rota role of 7 nights on and 14 nights off, the shifts commence on Monday evening with a second on call Rota should you require assistance during the night.
