This reputable, well-established Vet group in South London is looking to recruit a Clinical Director to join them at one of their branches.
It is a full time role starting ASAP, ideally 4 days per week, 3 days will be considered. The shift times are 8.30am - 6.30pm.
There is a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota, 8.30am - 12pm with no out of hours or Sundays.
An overview of the role:
**Key member of management team
**Mentor / support to colleagues
**Manage Vets
**Aid setting budget for practice
**Responsible for the day to day operation of practice, dealing with complaints, promoting the business, building relationships externally, improving and developing the business, etc
**Provide clinical care
**Coordinate rota
**Undertake reviews of staff
**Ensure practice protocols are followed
**9. Any other task, consistent with the position of Clinical Director, as required by the Business Development Director
The practice is looking for a professional candidate who has integrity and high ethical standards. You must have excellent time management skills and be confident in your own abilities. Resourcefulness is a must, and good problem solving.
Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential. Prioritising work loads and paying attention to details is also required.
