My client are based in a popular West London suburb in Hammersmith, close to Kensington and Shepherds Bush with Westfield Shopping Centre not too far away. They are currently recruiting for a Lead vet for their newly refurbished Small Animal branch practice, to engage and motivate their team and drive business forward, whilst providing an excellent and personable service to their clients and patients.
They are a first opinion practice, with multiple support options from near by branches and a nearby associated Hospital for OOHs and specialist/critical cases.
This is a full time role, and they can offer 4 or 5 days per week depending on your preference plus only 1;4 weekend shifts.
The days schedule allows for a good mix of consults and ops, with ample time for admin, phone calls and most importantly lunch breaks! They encourage cases to be worked up as much as possible in house, and are open to hearing ideas on how to improve this potential such as additional training or new equipment etc to support these ideas and the business.
They are seeking an individual who thrives on providing a high level of clinical care, and delivering client satisfaction whilst working within a small, friendly, professional team. They will openly encourage and support your skill development and interests and can even fund certificates/further study if desired.
The role would involve managing an experienced team and a great step if you are looking for more responsibility in your career. You would be closely supported by your Regional Operations and Clinical director in all matters to help your growth in the role.
