This corporately owned practice is looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a full time basis. This role would suit an experienced vet, looking to take the next step in their career!

About the role:
The shift times would either be 8-6pm, or 9-7pm, with an hour for lunch. The working week is 4 days, with 1 in 4 weekends. Holidays include 5 weeks standard, plus bank holiday entitlement.
The role includes a mixture of consulting, case workup and surgery. They actively encourage the development of team members, providing training, easily accessed support and clinical guidance. The hospital is supported by a large team of highly trained RVN’s.
This role would suit an experienced Vet, looking to take the next step in their career. An ability to work up and follow through cases, are all essential to this role. A certificate holder/Advanced Practitioner would be ideal, however candidates with many years experience would also be considered. An ability to train others, lead by example, provide mentorship and support, and provide constructive, at -the-time feedback are also required. An ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and maintain a positive work-based culture are essential for this role.
The practice is well equipped benefitting from on site CT, DR digital Xray (including intra-operative), advanced ultrasound, (S8 from IMV), endoscopy, arthroscopy, dental suite including IM3 dental machine and dental x-ray, tonopen and slit lamp, multiparameter monitoring throughout op areas, ventilators, laser therapy, HT vista, and full on site lab inc blood gases and coags.
