Over the last few months, various VetClick members have been trialling our new website template and it's been very successful for them - and we have the results to prove it! We asked Martin Brice of Emerson's Green Veterinary Surgery in Bristol, John Oleshko of Ashfield House Veterinary Hospital in Nottingham and John Goulding of St George's Veterinary Group in Wolverhampton to give us feedback on their revamped websites. This is what they had to say... What date did your redesigned website go live? John Goulding: "May 2003." Matin Brice: "March 2003." John Oleshko: "May 2003." John Oleshko: "Enhances the practice brand." Overall, do you feel that the new design is an improvement over the old? John Goulding: "Yes." Matin Brice: "Yes." John Oleshko: "Yes." Approximately how many new clients have you gained via your website? John Goulding: "10+" Matin Brice: "4 - 10" John Oleshko: "4 - 10" Did you use any special offer to attract clients? Please comment on any outstanding features good or bad: John Goulding: "Notification of a couple of changes would have been useful - eg promising an online offer. Overall a much more modern feel." Matin Brice: "More Modern, miscellaneous column pictures need to be changed (every 6 months?) Help/contact section in pet shop first page to help clients if have problems shopping" John Oleshko: No answer given. Do you feel the new design gives value for money? John Goulding: "Yes."
