CEVA Animal Health has launched an informative new website on false pregnancy in dogs – www.galastop.com – to provide pet owners and veterinary surgeons with comprehensive information on the condition.

Featuring advice on the reproductive cycle, together with details of the clinical signs and treatment of false pregnancy, the site also contains a Veterinary Zone covering the use of Galastop® in more detail. Other topics of interest in this section of the site include information on the best time to spay to reduce the likelihood of chronic false pregnancy and the link between false pregnancy and the development of mammary tumours.

Fraser Broadfoot, product manager at CEVA Animal Health, says: “Veterinary surgeons often get asked questions about false pregnancy and the new Galastop® website is packed full of useful advice for both vets and dog owners alike.”

For further information, please visit www.galastop.com or contact your local CEVA Animal Health representative.
