Companion Care Vets Again Named As A “Sunday Times Top 100 Companies To Work For”

Risen to number 61 and receive an ‘outstanding’ accreditation from Best Companies Companion Care Vets has been named once again as a Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For, rising to number 61 – an eight place improvement from 2012. Best Companies, the name behind The Sunday Times listing, summarised that, “in comparison to similar companies, the organisation offers a unique range of rewards and development opportunities that make it a pioneer in the small animal veterinary industry.” Companion Care Vets has also been awarded a 2 Star status which is an improvement on 2012’s 1-star listing and means Companion Care Vets is one of only 144 organisations in the UK to be classed as a Best Companies ‘outstanding’ business. Particularly recognized was the work-life balance of the employees. The business offers a wide variety of shift patterns (job-share, school hour contracts, staggered hours etc) as well as sabbaticals and career breaks.
