Jane Balmain, Managing Director of Companion Care Vets says, “Each and every member of team (that’s over 1,200 people now) who work across our surgery network and at our support office should be very proud of this achievement. Our continued growth is down to the commitment and expertise of every single person within the organization and to have our core values recognized and accredited is outstanding.” Jane continues, “The data we received from the 2012 accreditation process enabled us to get a really clear picture of what we could do better and this years’ upgrade from a 1-star to a 2-star accreditation illustrates this and our drive to continue to provide an exceptional working environment. Our association with the Best 100 Companies initiative adds value to our recruitment process and also says a lot about our brand.” The Sunday Times Listing is as prestigious recognition of businesses in the UK, focusing on team values, personal growth and giving employees a ‘fair deal’ in salary and package. Best Companies Accreditation is described as, “a constant, year-round reminder of an organisation’s status of being an exceptional place to work, with high levels of workplace engagement. The questions posed to organisations that go for accreditation remain consistent over the years, providing an unchanging platform for measurement.” For further information about Companion Care Vets please visit www.ccvets.co.uk and for further information about Best Companies Accreditation please visit http://www.bestcompanies.co.uk/
