Cushing's CPD Available Now At The Dechra Academy

Changing the face of Cushing's - Vetoryl® Veterinary professionals can now access six hours of online CPD from Dechra Veterinary Products supporting its 'Changing the face of Cushing's' campaign. The Canine Hyperadrenocorticism CPD is available at the online learning resource, The Dechra Academy, covering topics from anatomy and pathophysiology to diagnosis and treatment. More than 760 vets and vet nurses have already completed the online CPD offered by Dechra on Cushing's syndrome, with the six hours now available also allowing participants to bookmark progress and learn at their leisure. The free-of-charge CPD is also accompanied by a raft of client support material for practices as Dechra focuses on Cushing's with its new Vetoryl® campaign. Craig Sankey, Brand Manager, Dechra Veterinary Products, said: “As one of the most commonly diagnosed canine endocrine disorders, particularly in older dogs, it is a condition which can become distressing. This CPD course has been developed to support veterinary professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of the syndrome. “The Dechra Academy has already awarded 769 certificates for its canine hyperadrenocorticism CPD programme.
