He reports to John Douglass, Assistant Managing Director. Improve International provides high quality CPD in a range of formats for veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, receptionists and practice managers to help them develop their skills and knowledge, using a combination of review lectures, case-based discussion and where, applicable, hands-on practical sessions. There's some great technology out there - the trick is knowing how to use it effectively to create a dynamic and engaging online learning experience." Dan brings great experience in this area and is already making a difference. We're delighted to welcome him and look forward to integrating his role into the wider group."
