Dechra has won the Integrated Digital Campaign Award at the prestigious Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) Awards 2024 which was held on Friday 15 March at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

The Integrated Digital Campaign Award was given to Dechra for the company’s omnichannel ‘Prime Suspects’ Cushing's campaign to help owners identify the symptoms associated with senior dogs that have Cushing's syndrome.  It incorporated optimised owner websites and a multichannel digital media campaign including social, programmatic, Sky advertising and more.  It gained over nine million impressions and 52K users to the Suspecting Cushing’s website during the campaign period and over 10,400 symptom checker downloads.

Dechra was also recognised as Highly Commended by the judges in the following categories:

Best Support Team in recognition of the UK team’s support to vets and vet practices in going above and beyond in answering questions promptly and adequately, either through a call, face to face or online by a sales representative or a dedicated member of the support team

PR Campaign for Dechra’s Improving Strangles Vaccination Awareness initiative to highlight the importance of vaccinating against strangles alongside good stable management and biosecurity procedures.  The campaign attracted 33 pieces of earned coverage in vet media and helped lead to a 206% market growth for the strangles vaccine in 2023

Debbie Stanton, Dechra country manager UK and ROI, comments: “We are absolutely delighted to have won the Integrated Digital Campaign Award and to have been highly commended in two award categories at the VMA Awards.  The awards celebrate the best of the best in the veterinary marketing industry and reward innovative marketing skills and creative talent across a variety of marketing categories and we are proud of our cutting-edge approach to veterinary marketing.”
