Elanco Hosts Free CPD Webinar On Feline Pruritus And Meeting On Emerging Feline Infections And Parasitic Diseases

Elanco Companion Animal Health, manufacturer of Comfortis® chewable tablets for dogs and cats, is hosting a free CPD webinar on feline pruritus and CPD meeting on emerging feline infections and parasitic diseases. The live online seminar, which takes place at 8.00pm GMT on Wednesday 1 May is entitled ‘An approach to feline pruritus’. Presented by internationally recognised expert in dermatology Dr Didier-Noel Carlotti DVM Diplomate ECVD, the webinar, which equates to one hour’s CPD, will cover a review of the clinical signs and presentations of pruritus in feline patients, the differential diagnoses for pruritus and how to rule them in or out and advice on the management of feline allergic skin diseases. It is entitled ‘Feline medicine – an update on emerging feline infectious and parasitic diseases with interactive case session’ and draws together dermatology and feline internal medicine experts to update delegates on exotic and emerging disease in cats, focusing on parasites as a cause or vector.
