Life is busy and sometimes it's the simple things we forget and get wrong...which is why Caroline Johnson believes in the value of occasionally going "back to basics". During this webinar, Caroline will be tackling the important subject of one-to-one communication and looking at why things can go wrong and what you can do to increase the chance of getting it right.

In the context of practice life she will be discussing the importance of environment, body language and choice of words in getting your message across and being understood.

This session will be refresher, reminding you of the things you already know but sometime fail to apply because frankly, life is busy and we all get in a pickle at times!

Whilst aimed primarily at vets, this light-hearted but informative session should benefit anyone with an interest in this subject.
