Janssen Animal Health Hosts Pre-medication CPD Roadshows

Janssen Animal Health, distributor of the highly selective alpha-2 agonist Dexdomitor®, is hosting a series of CPD meetings to update small animal vets and nurses on pre-medication of dogs and cats. The evening will also include a lecture on the anaesthesia of exotics.

Presented by leading specialists in veterinary anaesthesia, the seminars will account for two hours CPD and will take place on:

• Tuesday 1 March in Cobham, Surrey – Jo Murrell BVSc (Hons), PhD, DipECVAA, MRCVS


• Wednesday 2 March in Cambridge – Jackie Brearley MA, VetMB, DVA, DipECVA, MRCA, MRCVS and Lesa Longley MA, BVM&S, DZooMed (Mammalian), MRCVS


• Thursday 3 March in Birmingham – Kate White MA, VetMB, DVA, DipECVAA, MRCVS and Lesa Longley MA, BVM&S, DZooMed (Mammalian), MRCVS


• Monday 7 March in Taunton - Jo Murrell BVSc (Hons), PhD, DipECVAA, MRCVS and Dan Holden BVetMed, DVA, DipECVA, CertSAM, MRCVS


• Tuesday 8 March in Sheffield – Derek Flaherty BVMS, DVA, DipECVAA, MRCA, MRCVS, FHEA and Paul Flecknell MA, VetMB, PhD, DLAS, DECVA, DECLAM, MRCVS


• Wednesday 9 March in Hexham - Derek Flaherty BVMS, DVA, DipECVAA, MRCA, MRCVS, FHEA and Paul Flecknell MA, VetMB, PhD, DLAS, DECVA, DECLAM, MRCVS


• Thursday 10 March in Perth, Scotland - Derek Flaherty BVMS, DVA, DipECVAA, MRCA, MRCVS, FHEA and Lesa Longley MA, BVM&S, DZooMed (Mammalian), MRCVS


• Tuesday 15 March in Liverpool – Briony Alderson BVSc, CertVA, DipECVA, MRCVS and Lesa Longley MA, BVM&S, DZooMed (Mammalian), MRCVS

The meetings will start at 8.00pm and will finish by 10.00pm, apart from the Hexham meeting which will start at 1.30pm and finish by 3.30pm.
