DVS has joined the Facebook revolution. The private, small animal referral practice has set up its own Facebook page to keep pet lovers informed about the day-to-day work at the practice and some the special patients in their care.
The page tells the stories of dogs and cats that have been referred for specialist treatment. Each week a different story will be posted in a series of blogs as the patient is assessed, diagnosed and treated.
Ian Battersby RCVS and European Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine at DVS, who has set up the page explains: “Many of our clients, friends and colleagues regularly ask about the progress of patients and love to hear good news stories so we thought we would make it easy for them to share some of our cases.”
The first patient is Buddy, a four month old Springer Spaniel Puppy who has developed a large swelling over his right eye and needs to be examined by the ophthalmology and soft tissue teams.
Join DVS on Facebook to find out what’s wrong with Buddy and how he can be treated and to find out more about other patients in DVS’s care.3228 views
