Lintbells Sandie Dashper & Matt Bedford Sandie Dashper and Matt Bedford at Lintbells’ stand at BSAVA Nutritional supplements firm Lintbells has appointed a sales manager for its veterinary business development team as demand from the industry continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. The company supplies affordable companion animal products for digestive health, mobility and skin and coat to veterinary professionals across the UK. Sandie Dashper has joined Lintbells from a senior role at Medichem International where she led the sales team, managed key accounts and was responsible for training and development of staff as well as working closely with the marketing department. Sandie has also worked for Nestle Purina and has a Level 3 Diploma in diet and nutrition. Also joining the company is Matt Bedford who is Veterinary Business Development Executive for the South East. He has worked in the veterinary industry for nine years, most recently at Merial. Lintbells’ co-founder and Commercial Director John Davies said: “Sandie and Matt bring a wealth of industry experience to our veterinary team as we continue to grow our share of this market. Business from this sector continues to increase rapidly and it’s important to us to have a dedicated and experienced team supporting our veterinary clients. “We have a number of new products being developed and at this year’s BSAVA Congress we were busier than ever as existing and potential new customers wanted to hear about our plans for the months ahead.” Commenting on her new post, Sandie said: “I was delighted to join Lintbells because I was impressed with the company’s range of innovative and proven products. This role gives me an opportunity to grow and develop a team of six veterinary business development executives who have already achieved so much for the company.” Matt added: “I’m excited to be joining a young and growing company in Lintbells as animal health is an area I’ve always found interesting but as I also own a Weimaraner with a delicate digestive system, nutrition is a subject I take very seriously.” For more information about Lintbells products visit www.lintbells.com.
