Lizzie, who is joining the St Francis Group on 1 August, brings 20 years of animal health expertise with her, having worked both in practice and in the industry. She has spent the past six years as an account manager at Intervet / Schering-Plough and prior to that held a similar role at Virbac.
Lizzie qualified as a veterinary nurse at the Animal Health Trust, working at the small animal and equine hospital before moving to equine practice. She then moved to the role of Head Nurse in the small animal department of a large mixed practice in Leicestershire.
John Hodgkin of St Francis Group comments on Lizzie’s appointment: “This is a new role for us and is a demonstration of our commitment to helping our members improve their margins. As well as visiting practices to offer support, Lizzie will be responsible for the launch of a number of new management tools and services we have in the pipeline.”
