National Theatre Workshops Added To 2016 Cx Congress
NATIONAL THEATRE WORKSHOPS ADDED TO 2016 CX CONGRESS
Cx Congress, taking place on Saturday 25th June at East Midlands Airport, is set to be one of this year's most exciting and inspiring events for customer care professionals working in the veterinary sector. The wide-ranging agenda already features experts in body language, personality profiling, emergency care and practice management, and the latest additions of two workshop sessions delivered by the National Theatre guarantee attendees a day that will be as enjoyable as it will be effective:
· Communicating with creativity
The ability to share a vision with an audience is an invaluable communication tool. In the veterinary world, storytelling techniques can successfully be used to communicate practice values in order to increase clients' acceptance of new ideas and change.
· Rehearsing for success – coaching others and giving effective feedback
Rehearsal is an extremely powerful way to create change and improve performance. It involves a unique combination of experiment, repetition, training and feedback and this session will harness key skills to develop delegates into effective mentors and coaches.
Sophie Dainty, Cxclub Manager commented, "We're so excited to be working with the wonderful team at the National Theatre; whilst the worlds of theatre and veterinary practice may seem worlds apart at first glance, there are so many shared elements - engaging people, sharing a wider message, communicating with confidence and encouraging positive messages via word of mouth. This year's Cx Congress is packed with all the theory and practical tips to help everyone working in customer care deliver a truly exceptional customer experience back in practice. With such an exciting agenda, the event is sure to sell out quickly, so get your tickets booked at www.cxclub.care/cx-congress"
