Join the British Equine Veterinary Association at its annual Congress in Birmingham in September 2010. If you’re attending this year, this app has everything you need to get the most out of your visit!



Find out what’s on in each hall, and see what lectures are coming up next. Plan your day by creating your own personalised schedule. Navigate the trade show by locating the companies you want to visit with the built-in trade show map.

• Find out at a glance what lectures and events are on in each hall right now, and what’s coming up next.

Congress:

• Complete list of all the sessions, panels, workshops and lectures taking place during Congress.


• Search for lectures, speakers, or sessions.


• Find a speaker, who they are, what they will be presenting and when.


• Bookmark a lecture or session to add it to your own personal schedule.


• Find out where a lecture is happening, highlighting the hall on a map.


• Enter your notes during a lecture directly into the app, and then send by e-mail.


• Provide feedback by giving your rating for each lecture.


• Browse or search the list of exhibitors at the Trade Show, and pinpoint them on the map to save yourself time.

Schedule:

• Browse the full programme of events for each day by hall number, and add/remove them from your personal schedule.


• Select the ‘My Schedule’ option to view just the lectures and events you are interested in, and plan where you need to be at what time.

Trade Show Map

• Find your way around easily, and locate companies and products that might be of interest to you.


• Select a stand to find out contact details for each company.


• Highlight stands by product/service offered or organisation type.
