Onswitch is delighted to announce its partnership with Netherlands veterinary business consultancy St Anna Advice, founded in 2008 by Dr Roeland Wessels to train and support practices throughout the Benelux nations in delivering a superior customer experience to pet owners. Clearly there is a great fit between the two companies, who share a mission to strengthen veterinary practice by improving the customer experience.
The St Anna Advice team recently received an intensive week of Index training in the measurement and reporting of key telephone customer care parameters, and are now offering the trusted and cost effective Index tool to practices across Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. Robust statistical evidence with p values of 0.001, presented at EBVM and BSAVA, shows that practices subscribing to the Index offer three times as many appointments as non-Index sites. The Onswitch Index is proven to drive significant improvement.
Alison Lambert, Managing Director of Onswitch, explains just why the European Index rollout is so important: "The Index has already given UK vets, practice managers and business owners the tools to measure and improve their customer experience using standard KPIs that allow direct and meaningful comparison with other practices and over time. The Index has provided a common language for the customer experience, but until this is used across Europe and the rest of the world, our profession will be unable to draw direct comparisons and extrapolate learnings accurately from other countries. The Index's Benelux launch marks the beginnings of the international sharing of this common language, and we're really pleased to be able to partner with St Anna Advice on this exciting development of the Onswitch Index."1733 views
