Veterinary training and HR business Workhorse Recruitment have just released details of their latest season of webinars for practice managers.
The events, which are broadcast live to attendees once each month, will focus on what is often cited by managers as the greatest challenge in veterinary business – dealing with people.
In an innovative line up, the series will focus on improving skills in handling three crucial groups in practice:
1. You (The boss) – in an entertaining lecture entitled ‘Physician Heal Thyself’, veterinary management consultant and Workhorse MD Dave Nicol will discuss how to improve and apply leadership skills to improve the outcome for your clinic.
2. Your Employees – Trained psychologist and performance coach Helen Frewin asks the challenging questions “Are you getting the best out of every member of your team? And is your practice getting the best from you? “ During her presentation ‘People In Practice - Getting The Best From Your Team’, Helen will show you can start getting better results from your people immediately.
3. Your Customers – a surprisingly frequently overlooked group without whom we’d be nothing! Anyone who has listened to veterinary market research expert Alison Lambert talk over the years will know that her insight into the minds of modern veterinary consumers are priceless. In her presentation titled ‘10 Things You Have To Do Before You Go Out Of Business!’ Alison will no doubt deliver another fantastically valuable insight into the minds of our customers.
The webinars will be broadcast live during September, October and November. But only the first 100 people will be able to gain access to the room on the night. So we recommend registering early to avoid missing out.
Visit www.workhorserecruitment.com/webinars for full details including times, dates and registration links today. All webinars are free of charge.2232 views
