Pfizer presses the point with launch of new practice newsletter system
Vet Support+ has launched PressRoom, an online practice newsletter system which enables practice staff to explore their inner newshound.
Providing a range of content to practices wishing to produce client communications, which are appealing, engaging and informative, the service has already proved popular with practices who trialled it during the summer.
Using the latest content management software, the internet portal gives practices access to a range of template articles and appropriate supporting images. Articles can be used verbatim or, where appropriate, edited to be specific to the individual practice needs. In addition, practices choosing to do their own word-smithing can upload and securely store their articles and images.
Ned Flaxman, Director of Innovation at Pfizer who heads up the Vet Support+ Business Services offering, is confident that PressRoom takes the practice newsletter to a new level, commenting; “For busy practices struggling to find the time to produce a regular practice newsletter, PressRoom enables them to easily produce professional newsletters which are bespoke to their surgery in terms of branding and content. Better still, client communications are improved at little or no cost with free distribution of the e-newsletter or the innovative inclusion with booster reminder letters for Pfizer cat and dog vaccine users. It’s so simple to use that just about any member of the practice team could be empowered to produce the draft practice newsletter.”
Because PressRoom has been created by a team of vets, marketers and IT experts it marries a firm grasp of the importance of professional client communications with a real understanding of the limitations of time and manpower that many practices experience.
PressRoom’s functionality means that once ‘built’ a practice can choose from a variety of delivery systems, from a professionally printed newsletter delivered via post (which benefits from Pfizer’s bulk buying power to keep print costs down), eNewsletter (email) or for the early adopters of the latest technology, eBook.
